Zomato's experience with expanding its activities is a good example that shows how the implementation of a proper marketing strategy may lead to a competitive advantage for a business. From being a restaurant discovery service to becoming one of the leaders in food delivery services, Zomato has shown that it can easily adapt to changing consumer demands and expand its business.

First of all, it should be noted that one of the core advantages of the company is the strength of its branding. Zomato managed to establish a brand name through its efficient marketing efforts as well as its digital marketing campaigns. The company has successfully established its brand among urban customers who are always looking for some convenient services.

Also, another important point about the company's growth is its expansion strategy. Zomato expanded to many different cities and markets while improving its technologies and operations. Moreover, by acquiring other companies and investing in logistics, the company improved its efficiency and customer experience. Other services such as reviews, subscriptions, and quick commerce also contributed to the company's growth.

Overall, this case made me realize that a successful business growth involves not only quality products but also proper branding and effective marketing strategy.
